A-01 Co-working, art & café · Full-stack · 2026

The Melons' Studio

A co-working space, art studio and café in Lucknow, sold and run from one platform: desk bookings, memberships, workshops, a shop and a gallery the members fill.

Exactly-once payments. Signed webhooks, de-duplicated events and a 15-minute reconcile.
No double bookings. Every desk hour is checked under a row lock.

Private Kubernetes Foundation

A private Kubernetes platform that rebuilds itself from code. One Terraform apply and one Ansible run take an empty AWS account to a meshed, observable cluster.

Cluster: 3-node kubeadm · Ubuntu 24.04

Private by construction. Workers have no public IPs; egress runs only through NAT.
Idempotent end to end. Every layer is safe to re-run, so it repairs without drift.

Creative Foundary

A showcase for a post-production studio where the footage leads, with a custom CMS behind every section, so the team changes its reel, services and clients without calling a developer.

No client-side fetching. The public site renders from typed reads on the server.
Nothing hard-coded. Every visible section maps to an editor the studio runs itself.

Himanshu Sharma

The marketing site and coaching-application funnel for a certified personal trainer in Mumbai. Every plan prefills the application; every lead lands in his sheet.

A funnel that defends itself. Strict validation, rate limits and a pinned, time-boxed forward.
Security as the floor. CSP nonces, CSRF protection, short-lived revocable sessions.

Shatakshi Store

A storefront for Indian spiritual and artisan craft, from yantras to resin art, with real product variants, a hardened checkout and an admin the owners run themselves.

Variants, not duplicates. A bigger candle costs more without becoming a new product.
Honest books. Every order line snapshots its price, so history never rewrites.
