Most websites are assembled, not built. They come from the same kit, dressed in the same grid, forgotten by the next tab. We work the other way. Every screen should carry weight. Every animation should have intent. Every server should be set up with the care of craft. We start each build at zero, hold it to sixty frames a second, and nothing ships until it deserves your attention.
Most software is tested until it works. We keep pulling on traffic, latency, failure and abuse until we know exactly where it would give. Then we engineer it past that point, before your users can find it.

Applied AI that runs in production, not in a demo: LLM and RAG pipelines, agents and computer vision. Evaluated, observed and regulated like every other part of the machine, so it speeds up only when it should.

GenDev is an independent studio, not an agency with layers. Most projects pass through five teams on the way to launch. Here it’s one: senior engineers across cloud, full-stack and applied AI, and the people on your first call are the people writing your code.
We keep the roster short on purpose: fewer projects, pushed further, for founders and product teams who treat their software as the flagship, from the infrastructure it runs on to the interface people touch.
